What does Brand Mule do?
Brand Mule is a marketing shop in Dayton, Ohio. We design postcards and flyers, print them on our own press, address and mail them, build and run the websites and landing pages behind them, and tie every call and form back to the campaign that produced it. Print and digital, one team.
Who does Brand Mule work with?
Mostly home-service contractors — HVAC, plumbing, heating and cooling, and the trades that live on neighborhood work — plus restaurants, retailers and product brands. What people ask before they call us.
- Do you print in house or send it out?
- In house. There is a production digital press on our floor in Dayton, and the designer who drew your card is about ten feet from it. That is the whole reason we can catch a problem on a proof and fix it the same afternoon instead of emailing an outside printer and waiting for the next one. Design, print, addressing and the mail drop all happen in one building.
- Do you publish prices?
- No. Every run is quoted, because the number depends on how many pieces, what size, how the mailing list is built, whether each card carries a personalized house photo, and which USPS rate class the job qualifies for. Tell us the territory and the offer and you get a quote and a proposed design direction within one business day.
- Where is Brand Mule?
- 472 Windsor Park Dr, Dayton, Ohio 45459. It is a working shop, not a showroom — the press, the design desks and the mail trays are all in the same building, and you are welcome to stop in and watch a job run. We work with businesses across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. The phone is (937) 777-9141.
- Can you do both the mail and the website?
- Yes, and that is the point. Most agencies farm the printing out; most printers do not do marketing. We do both, so the postcard, the landing page it points at, the tracked number on it and the follow-up text all get built by the same people. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between two vendors who have never met.
- What is the free audit, and what does it cost?
- Nothing. Send us your website, your ads account, or both. You get back a short written list: where leads are leaking out, what your ads actually pay per lead, whether Google, Maps and the AI assistants can find you, and the three fixes we would make first, in order. It is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
