Three things worth knowing before you hire anyone.
The shop
A production digital press runs on our floor. Design and production sit ten feet apart, so when a proof needs a change the designer walks it to the press instead of emailing an outside printer and waiting.
The platform
The websites we build run on a platform we built and host ourselves, so every form and call lands in one place, tagged to the campaign that produced it. Your customer list is yours. Our job is to make it earn.
The deal
Plain language, real numbers, and no long contract held together by inertia. If we cannot measure something, we will tell you that before you pay for it.

Who runs Brand Mule?
Brand Mule is the marketing side of Riddell Studios LLC, owned by Buddy and Kirsten Riddell. Print Mule is the commercial print side of the same company, on the same floor. It is a small team — under ten people — which is why the person who takes your call is usually the person doing the work.
What is Print Mule?
Print Mule is the commercial print side of the same company: business cards, packaging, labels, menus, signage and short-run production off the press in our Dayton shop. Brand Mule is the marketing side — campaigns, websites, ads and the direct mail that comes off that same press. Same owners, same building, same press.

We are a small team, and we say so. The work that runs through this building is ours: design, print, mail, websites, ads. When a job needs a specialist we have worked with for years, we bring them in and we tell you we did. We will not take a job we cannot do well and figure it out on your budget.
