Why a print shop built an engine.
Most print shops do not build software, and most marketing agencies do not own a press. We ended up doing both for the same reason: the handoffs are where the work goes wrong. A card designed in one building, printed in another and pointed at a phone number nobody is watching is three vendors and no answer when the owner asks what it did.
So the websites we build, the leads they capture and the calls they produce all run on a platform we own and operate. It has four parts: SignalMule finds the opportunity, ControlMule runs the work, PrintMule activates it in print, and CallMule is call intelligence. You do not buy it, learn it or manage it. You hire us, and it is how we do the job.
